Golovin has an extremely short pumping period, system will need at least 1 sample each 2 week pumping period, due to the extremely short pumping period if transportation allows system will sample weekly while pumping. In 2018 it was determined that system needed to complete at least 6 samples over at least a 2 year period based on pumping periods prior to BIN determination being made. Guidance (allowed for under rule), EPA recommended revised E. coli triggers to states, >100/100 ml Verified by CC that a new trigger level was set at 100 and based on the minimum of a 6 result average for fill and draw systems not an annual average. Sample results should be monitored closely as system has a current average of 85.6 with 5 samples system needs a minimum of 6 samples to determine if crypto monitoring is required or if system is BIN 1 .ddb
